Digit<all>, a local digital skills charity. is inviting schools from Oxfordshire to take part in the EcoCode Oxford Challenge.
This event is open to Year 5 and 6 pupils and runs from 10am to 2pm.
The Digit<all> team, supported by mentors from Jonas Software, will provide an engaging coding experience. Pupils will code micro:bit devices through activities themed around nature and climate action.
The activities align with the KS2 Computing curriculum, covering sequence, selection, networks, and computational thinking. No prior coding knowledge is required.
Pupils will work in groups, guided by industry experts from Jonas Software, who will mentor and support their ideas.
Spaces are limited to 10 pupils per school, with a request for gender balance where possible. Register your interest via the form below to secure a place.
